Charges in addition to the Entry Fee of Mehrangarh Museum Trust are as follows:
- Service Charges: Charges per transaction to be borne by consumers for making online payments are:
- Credit Card (MasterCard / Visa): 1.4 % Plus GST
- Debit Card (MasterCard/ Visa / Maestro):
- Transaction up to Rs. 2000/- 0.4% Plus GST
- Transaction above Rs. 2000/- 1.0% plus GST
- Debit Card (Rupay) : NIL
- UPI : NIL
- Net Banking: Rs 20 per transactions Plus GST
- Entry for children up to 5 years is free.
- There will be no refund policy.
- The ticket is non Refundable, Transferable & Amendable in any case as per the policy.
Instructions to Avoid Fail Transactions
- In Order to Avoid Failure in Transactions, it is Important to Take Note of the following:
- Back or forward buttons should not be pressed while making transactions.
- Page should not be refreshed while making transactions.
- Reliable connectivity is important during the transactions and every transaction should take around fifteen minutes or else Time to make a transaction.
- The ticket is valid for the date it is booked for.
- The monuments and museums will remain closed forenoon on Dhulandi (Holi).
- Kindly keep the original ID (Same given during advance online booking) is mandotry, without the original ID, entry will be not be allowed.
- The student has to present respective school/ college original I -Card at the time of entry to the respective monument and in case of a group of student discount shall bring signed application on original letterhead to respective monuments to avail the student discount.
- Selfie sticks are not allowed in the museum.
- Commercial photography & professional video shooting with tripods required prior permission from the authority.
- The Museum ticket counter will be closed at 5:00 P.M.
